This lodge is made from the oak trees that succumbed during the storms of 1987 in the surrounding forest.  This room is really part of the forest and has a lovely relaxing feel.  A total change from the hustle and bustle of the city.

It has a wet room and facilities for heating food – but of course  who would want to miss out on the Bavins’ breakfasts which are included in the price.
